All apparel sold by Grappling Store.com (A division of Maximum Sport) is guaranteed to be sold with no tears, snags or similar defects. Past this, we cannot warranty clothing, for many reasons. If upon receipt of clothing you notice something wrong with your pieces, it is your duty to contact Maximum Sport right away, and will handle it accordingly.
Apparel can be returned for exchange if it is in brand-new condition. The original tags and packaging must be intact. Garments must not be worn or used in any other manner besides trying on for fitting purposes. If you find your garment too small or big, please call Grappling Store on (03) 9357 – 5354 to arrange your correct size exchange.
Full credit will be given for Grappling Store errors. Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds where Grappling Store is not at fault are paid by the customer.
