the roll out mats are as good as the advertisement says they are. it definitely provides the safety needed to perform take down training whilst being easily and more importantly quickly packed away. I found it does need a tarpaulin underneath it to avoid damage to the foam and it does slide a lot so a rubber type mat in between the tarp and the roll out mat would help. overall a great product.
