Measure the circumference in the middle of your knee to see which size you need: 

M: 35cm-37cm 

L: 37cm-40cm 

Please note: Only the Mizuno White Judo Knee Pads are approved for use in Judo Competitions. All protections (knee pads, elbow pads, shin guards, etc.) will be checked during Judo Gi Control. The Knee Pad protections must not comprise or have any metallic or rigid material.
