I used the Gi straight out of the plastic and it was a good fit. I am 180cm 85kgs and 33" waist. Mesomorph body type with Med-High muscle bulk. (10% BFP fairly lean) after my session I soaked it in White vinegar, diluted with steaming hot water 3/4 full large laundry tub. (Fully submersed until water went cold) I did this to set the colours in the Gi as advised by my Sensei. I washed it in a hot cycle twice then dryer it in the dryer. Approx 30 mins on regular heat. Put it on after and it was a snug (not tight) fit with enough internal twisting room to still maneuver freely just with less bulk in the chest. All in all it is the Best priced Gi on the market if you are starting out like me. Very happy with the Gi, many years of use in it. Will buy from you again.

This is my first Gi so I can not say if it is better than others, That being said this Gi is made way better than the ones that are sold at my gym for the same price. It stands out quite alot but i like that :D If you are looking for a good first Gi at a good price i would pick this one up.
