This is the first video in the FAIXA PRETA SERIES called Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Partner Drills. This DVD takes a good look at functional training drills to improve your skill, strength and conditioning levels. These drills can be used as a personal warm-up, in conjunction with circuit training or used for overall fitness appropriate to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling. This first DVD in the FAIXA PRETA SERIES has drills that can be added to instructional classes if you are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor.

In part two of this DVD, you will observe over 180 + partner drills for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As an experience practitioner, you know developing the skills you need to work on isn't always easy! These partner drills will give you the repetitions needed for muscle memory and disguise the fundamental movements in all of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu positions.
