Return Policy

In Store Purchases
Products purchased from a Grappling Store may be returned to any Grappling Store for a refund and/or return.
Refund / Exchange without a receipt

If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Grappling Store may, in its discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item. In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, Grappling Store will only provide you with a Gift Card to the current value of the of the item.

On-line Purchases
If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, Grappling Store is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged, unused and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

If goods are faulty, please call us to arrange an inspection. Once the goods are deemed faulty by the Company or its Manufacturer we'll arrange for an exchange for the faulty item. Goods will need to be returned for inspection by Us and/or Manufacturer. Proof of purchase must be accompanied along with a letter describing the fault or issue as well as your details.

If goods are wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we'll arrange for an exchange. Simply return the goods and we'll return the correct item/s to you.

Defective Items
Defective items must be returned to Grappling Store within (7) seven days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a credit for another item or a full refund will be offered.

Returning a Standard Product
1. Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.
2. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.

Returning a Bulky Item
1. Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.
2. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your return on (03) 9357 5354.
3. Our customer service Team will/may arrange for your item to be picked up by a courier.

Please Note: If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged the return courier fee.
IMPORTANT
• The return must be received by Grappling Store within (7) seven days from dispatch.
• Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Grappling Store
• All returns must have an RA number.
• If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to our Customer Service team on (03) 9357 5354, to confirm if your return can be accepted.
